• Free Trial Sessions: 30-minute introductory sessions at no cost
• Regular Sessions: 60-minute sessions for deeper exploration
• Educational Content: Blog posts and resources about the Neutral Zone process

What We Are NOT

• Therapy, counseling, or psychotherapy services
• Medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment
• A licensed healthcare service
• A substitute for professional medical or mental health care
• Crisis intervention or emergency services

Your Responsibilities

When Using Our Services, You Agree To:

• Provide accurate information when booking sessions
• Understand that this is not therapy or medical treatment
• Take responsibility for your own choices and actions
• Seek appropriate medical or mental health care when needed
• Respect the facilitator and the session boundaries
• Pay for sessions as agreed

Booking and Payment Terms

Session Fees

• Free Trial Sessions: 30 minutes at no cost
• Regular Sessions: $150 per 60-minute session
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Fees are subject to change with notice

Cancellation Policy

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session fee
• No-shows forfeit the full session fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to facilitator availability

Refund Policy

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
• Technical issues preventing session completion may qualify for refunds
• Dissatisfaction with the Neutral Zone process does not automatically qualify for refunds
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the session

We make no promises, guarantees, or warranties about:

• Specific outcomes or results from sessions
• Resolution of any particular issue or concern
• Improvement in any condition or situation
• The suitability of our services for your specific needs

Limitation of Liability

Confidentiality

While we maintain confidentiality of session content as described in our Privacy Policy, you understand that:

• This confidentiality is not protected by attorney-client privilege or medical confidentiality laws
• We may be required to disclose information if compelled by law
• Confidentiality may be limited in cases of imminent danger to self or others

Intellectual Property

• Record sessions without explicit written consent
